Large Format Scanning

Pricing on Scanning Large Format Documents generally falls between $3.00 to $5.50 per document. The volume of documents to be scanned, how the documents have been stored, as well as the output quality you desire are the dominant factors in pricing. You may be surprised to find that it is easier to scan a folded document then a rolled document. Having documents that have been stored in rolls (the most common method) will usually increase the per document cost more than all other factors. The next most common factor that will affect price is the quality output. Do you want all your document in color, gray scale, or black and white? What DPI do you require? What type of File naming do you require? If your documents are particularly fragile they documents may be required to be feed through the machine in a clear envelope, this will also increase the cost. Most documents fall on the lower end of the pricing estimate, for exact pricing we are happy to come to your office and give you an estimate of the number of documents you have and the cost to complete the job.
